How do I determine the correct size for my lifting gear?
We provide detailed size charts on every product page. For our signature Bar Grip shirts and singlets, we recommend measuring your chest and waist accurately. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit or sizing down for a competitive, athletic compression.
What is the Bar Grip technology, and how do I care for it?
Bar Grip is our patent-pending silicone grip on the back of our shirts designed to keep the barbell secure during squats and prevent sliding on benches. To maintain the grip, wash your apparel inside out in cold water and air dry. Avoid using fabric softeners or high heat in the dryer.
When will my order ship, and do you offer international delivery?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. We ship worldwide from multiple distribution centers. International shipping times vary by destination, and customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like socks or undergarments may be final sale.
Is A7 gear approved for powerlifting federations?
